Gurus can use this feature to block their Enrollify calendar at times they are not available. Any times marked unavailable will not be visible to employees for scheduling across all cases a Guru is on.
Gurus can use this feature to block their Enrollify calendar at times they are not available. Any times marked unavailable will not be visible to employees for scheduling across all cases a Guru is on. Please note, Implementation Coordinators will still need to add available time for a given case. This feature allows Gurus to indicate times they are not available without having to contact the Implementation Coordinator. Implementation Coordinators will have visibility to these blocks of unavailable time on their IC calendars.
If a Guru is scheduled for an appointment closer than 48 hours away they will not be able to block that time as unavailable, an error message will appear. In cases where appointments are scheduled less than 48 hours away the Guru will need to reach out to the Implementation Coordinator to adjust availability.
