Mic and Video Permissions

The most common cause for frustration in virtual benefits review sessions is not being able to hear or see other virtual meeting attendees. More often than not, the cause of this frustration is directly related to a users permission (or lack there of) for Enrollify to access the users microphone and camera.

If this happens to you, try the following steps to resolve this issue.  

Step 1: Use “Chat” button and type a message to let other attendees know you are having issues hearing and or seeing them. Always stay in communication when possible. 

Step 2: Press “Connect” button in the center of the bar at the bottom of the page to refresh the connection. Sometime a simple reconnect will resolve the issue and you'll be ready to go.

Note: Apple often does not allow Chrome on iPhones to access the camera for video purposes. If you are using an iPhone and experiencing issues with Chrome, relaunch the link using Safari
