The 'Replace' button deletes the existing employee census and replaces it.
The 'Replace' button will delete all employees from the system and upload the new employee census.
However, if there are already appointments for the company for a current year or previous year, the system will automatically turn 'Replace' to 'Update' so that existing data is saved.
