The app is not performing or features not working, what do I do?

Clear cache & update your browser to latest version

Enrollify, MyBenefits Guru, and white-labeled solutions powered by Enrollify are browser-based solution. From time to time you may experience things going wrong, data getting corrupted and the app not functioning correctly. To diagnose or rectify these issues there is a two step process:

  1. Step 1: Clear your cache A web browser's cache stores temporary instances of webpages, allowing them to load faster. This data is supposed to be recreated each time you visit a webpage, but sometimes things go wrong. You can clear your cache (delete the temporary files) to fix things like outdated pages and webpages freezing, not loading, or being unresponsive.
  2. If step 1 doesn't resolve your issue: it may be a browser issue. As a rule of thumb, Enrollify works best with the newest version (excluding "beta") of the browsers listed below. Certain features may not work properly if you're using an older operating system (which can't be updated) or an outdated or unsupported browser. This can be resolved by updating to the latest version
