You should NOT share the tab audio when sharing screen.
When sharing your 'Entire Screen' or 'Window' the 'Share Tab Audio' button will automatically be unchecked.
When sharing a Chrome Tab you need to uncheck the 'Share Tab Audio' box.
If you do not uncheck the box prior to sharing screen, the employee will no longer be able to hear you after you share screen.
